Inclusion Recovery New Forest
Hello and welcome to Inclusion New Forest Hub!
This Hub is the main base for the recovery service we provide across the New Forest. We also have a satellite service based in Totton. We help and support individuals who are effected by drugs and alcohol in the New Forest. We work together with service user’s to ensure we can identify the right goals for them by using person-centred assessments, evidence based interventions and recovery planning to build on their strengths and progress along their recovery journeys.
We are a dedicated multi-disciplinary team of recovery worker’s, nurses, peer mentor’s, volunteers, counsellors, administrators and GP’s. Whether individuals using our services. We work together with our service user’s to get the best possible outcome for them in helping them address their alcohol and drug use and impact that this has on their lives.
We offer a range of interventions to our service user’s including;
- Recovery Planning
- Structured one-to-one support
- Group Workshops
- Structured Groupwork (Inclusion Recovery Programme)
- advice and information
- Needle exchange
- Harm reduction advice and information
- Peer Mentor Support
