If you need treatment for your difficulties with alcohol or drugs, you’re entitled to NHS care in the same way as anyone else who has a health problem.
With the right help and support, it’s possible for you to get drug free and stay that way. At Inclusion Recovery Hampshire, we can help you do just that.
We provide a confidential, free and easy-to-access service to anyone living in Hampshire impacted by their own or someone else’s use of alcohol and drugs.
Our service hubs are located in Eastleigh, Fareham, Gosport, Havant, Andover, Aldershot, Winchester, Basingstoke and New Forest – meaning high-quality, NHS support is never far away. We believe everyone can make positive changes and we are committed to help you do this.
If you are concerned and looking for some advice or support then please contact us or refer yourself online.
Our services
We offer a variety of services depending on your needs, because supporting people with alcohol and drugs is not a one size fits all.
Alcohol support
If you’re having difficulties with your alcohol use, then admitting you need help is a big step towards making positive changes.
We work with you and involve you in your own plans of care. This means we listen to you. It’s your life and we want to support you to live it in a way that makes you happy and safer.
Drug support
We understand that drug use can be difficult to talk about and many people may feel too ashamed to seek help. At Inclusion Recovery Hampshire, everyone is welcome. Our service is free and confidential and we guide you all the way through your journey.
Whether you want to cut down your use or stop altogether, we work with you to achieve the changes that you want to make.
Support for young people
Hampshire 24/7 is a service that supports under 25s across Hampshire with alcohol and drug use. The service offers 1-to- 1 support to young people, a 24-hour help line, psychosocial, specialist harm reduction and pharmacological interventions as part of a tailored approach for young people.
The service is free, confidential and non-judgemental. We also do a lot of outreach, which means that we bring the service to where young people feel most comfortable, all whilst working at their own pace.
Support for friends and family
Being close to someone who has difficulties with alcohol and drugs can be very difficult to understand and deal with.
Working with Parent Support Link (PSL), we provide an integrated family and carer support service to anyone affected by someone else’s use of drugs or alcohol – no matter if you are a parent, partner, friend, brother or sister.

Employment support
Our Peer Mentor Programme Team are based within Inclusion and Job Centres, and provide support to anyone who feels their substance use is a barrier to keeping or starting employment, training or education.
A Peer Mentor has lived experience, which means they have been through a similar, if not the same experience as you. They can relate to your situation and provide non-judgemental support.
No Wrong Door (NWD)
In the past, people using substances have been told they can’t access mental health services whilst they are using them. This has changed, and the No Wrong Door Team are here to bridge the gap for those needing support for both substance use and mental health.
Our partners
Inclusion Recovery Hampshire is provided by Inclusion, a specialist service of Midlands Partnership University NHS Foundation Trust (MPFT).
We work in partnership with Catch22, Parent Support Link (PSL), Intuitive Thinking Skills and Hampshire County Council.
