About Hampshire 24/7

Hampshire 24/7 is a county-wide specialist treatment service offering targeted and specialist support to children and young people under 25.

The aim of the service is for young people to receive up-to-date and age-appropriate information about drugs and alcohol, how they impact on the user, their friends and family, their community and society. The work aims to reduce the risk of harm to self and others from substance use, to reduce the young people’s involvement in criminal activity, and to support them to make positive and informed decisions around their substance use – which in turn, should enable them to live safe, healthy and productive lives.

We do lots of outreach, which means that we bring the service to where young people feel most comfortable, all whilst working at their own pace.

Our recovery teams include Recovery Workers, Nurses, Doctors, Recovery Champions and Mentors and more – so we have lots of experience and expertise to help people reach the goals they want to achieve.
